Hans Zahner is an executive chef at STAY, located on the 81st floor of Signiel Seoul Hotel. In 2013 Chef Hans won his 1st michelin star at the Royal Monceau Raffle in Paris. In 2015 Hans passion for Asia took him to Shanghai, when the Peninsula hotel in contacted him to held the kitchen of Sir Elly's restaurant. In 6 month he gained 1 michelin star and retained it for two years in a row. Chef Hans then arrived in Thailand at The Okura prestige were he maintained one michelin star two years in a row. Han Zahner is one of the representative French chefs and recently showcased French cusine with Japanese influences.
