Chef Do-yun Kim traveled around the world for a year before opening "Yun Seoul" and visited traditional markets in each country. There, he obtained local ingredients, made food, and expanded his knowledge. Before he started cooking, he had various experiences such as fishing in the sea by boat. Yun Seoul is a restaurant designed with the motif of a laboratory for cooking. Visitors to this place are surprised by the various cooking tools that he has collected, and are once again surprised by the ingredients matured in his own way.
