Chef James Park started as a personal cook for the commander of the Zaytun unit in Iraq, and went through training at Michelin star restaurants in the United States, Britain, and Australia for 10 years. James Park's cooking has no borders from French to African food. 'Muoki' offers creative homage to traditional French dining. 'Muoki' has received one star on Michelin Guide for four consecutive years since 2019.
