Chef Dae-jin Baek is the head of the bakery at Walkerhill with 30 years of experience. He, who was usually interested in confectionery, joined Walkerhill in 1992 and became a director in 2008. He has planned and led the popular promotion of Walkerhill Hotel, Strawberry Buffet. He is a master of the confectionery industry, currently serving as the chairman of the Korea Hotel Confectionery Association and a supervisor of bakery technicians.
